26"At that time men will see the Son of Man coming in
clouds with great power and glory. 27And he will send his angels
and gather his elect from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the

universe will signal the return of Jesus to gather His elect.

Following the distress of the Tribulation
Jesus tells His disciples that:

The
sun will be darkened,
The moon will not give its light;
The stars will fall from the sky,
The heavenly bodies will be shaken.

Men
will see the Son of Man coming in clouds with great power and glory.

should pay attention to the signs Jesus is telling us to look for so we know
that it is Him who is coming. Remember we need to beware of false Christ’s.

tells His disciples about the signs to for when He returns.

will be specific signs in the sky before Jesus returns.

The
Son of Man will be seen coming in the clouds with great power and glory.

also tells His disciples what is going to happen to His elect.

put this passage in the Bible?

remind us that there will be specific signs to look for before Jesus returns.

reveal to us that the Second coming of Christ will be a spectacular event.
·
To
show us that Angels will have an important role in gathering up God’s people.
·
To
give all believers hope.

prayer for you:
I pray you will take God’s Word to heart and ask God to help you
apply what you have learned. I hope and pray that this Bible Study helps you
grow spiritually by deepening your faith, trust and love for God.
Jesus
declared that if we seek God, he will provide everything we need to live the
abundant life, providing for us physically and spiritually:

Begin to make changes in your patterns of behavior in accordance
to
God’s teaching.

God’s answer to prayer.

your life in every area of your life
(Marriage,
Parenting, Ministry, Work etc.).
· Be determined to
make quality & quantity time for
God in your life
(ex. Quiet time,
prayer time, Bible reading/study).
